A new copyright law opinion from U.S. District Judge Norman Moon gains our notice for several reasons. It sheds light on a niche market -- "fine quality jewelry" finger splints. It includes a citation to Green Eggs and Ham. And it underscores what we all learned in grade school -- paraphrasing someone else's words and passing them as yours can get you into trouble.We just hope that this book cover image constitutes fair use.
