In Memoriam: Herman T. Benn

Retired Suffolk lawyer Herman T. Benn passed away on June 29 at the age of 95. in 1962 Mr. Benn won a case in which the U.S. Supreme Court declared segregation of courtrooms to be unconstitutional.
